Online order returns

Items purchased online and in new condition can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Visit our return center to learn more. 

In-store returns 

Items purchased at our KCMO location can be returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are in new condition. Customers may receive a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. We do not offer returns on alcohol.
